Farewell Fort Worth, Hello Indiana!

We have spent the last 4 years exploring Fort Worth, TX, where Steven was going to UNTHSC for medical school. Fort Worth has really become our home! We have made so many good friends, we had Ryan there, I taught elementary for 2 years and got to know so many kids and families, and we LOVED all the friends we made! We will miss them so much- you know who you are!!!

It was a crazy last weekend in Texas! On Saturday Steven officially graduated from Medical school! Commencement was at TCU's basketball stadium. There were around 220 graduates from his class- all heading out around the US soon for their residencies.

Ryan did NOT want to sit still, so we had to resort to binkies. We are so excited for dad to graduate!

Do you see him! Our handsome doctor!?

Our awesome family came from far and wide to support him!

Steven's parents Robin, Rick, Ryan, me, Steven, Kevin (Steve's brother), and his wife Alli (pregnant with baby Gracie!)
Steve (my brother), Brianne, Sabrinna, Tanner, Ryan &I, Steven, Kyle (my twin bro), and Sylvia (Steve's wife and those cute kiddos mama!)

I love these cuties! They lived about 2 hours south of Fort Worth, so we have gotten to meet up and play with them a lot. I will miss those cute little Wentz faces!

Steven and Dr. Selod- an awesome PM&R doctor that has really helped Steven out, and been a mentor to him.

Our good friend Mark Sederberg is also doing PM&R and worked closely with Dr. Selod.

After graduation we had a big lunch get together with all of Steven's friends that also graduated. They have worked and studied together for the past four years and it was time to celebrate their accomplishment. Medical school is not easy- they all worked their tails off for these diplomas! These people have become our family, and now they will be all over in their residencies and we will miss them!!!

These are a few of my besties- Jill, Lisa, Lauren, Heather, and of course Abby- Ryan's best little friend!

These are the graduates!

And all our families!

The next day, Sunday, we went to church at our ward one last time- the fabulous 5th ward, and said many heart wrenching goodbyes. boooo. I hate goodbyes. Then packed up our truck and got ready to leave the next morning. It was so bizarre seeing our house completely empty after living there for 4 years!

Weird!

Thank you to all our awesome friends that came out on a Sunday to help us. We said goodbye to Texas the next Morning and headed out to Carmel Indiana!! Later days TEXAS!!!!! We loved you lots!
